Questions and Answers of Maxi Micro Scooter – Green with T-bar
Is this electric ? or just kick
Answer: regular kick scooter
Question: Is this an electric scooter?
Answer: No it is not. But my 5yo loves this scooter!
Question: Is assembly required?
Answer: the scooter arrives assembled and ready to rock! The handlebar is removable, this allows you to conveniently store/transport the scooter itself. So, upon taking the scooter out of the box, you will need to pop-in your (removable) bar and then you’ll be ready to being “surfing the sidewalks.”
Question: Does this fold up so that i can fit it in the bottom of my stroller? I need something for on the go.
Answer: No it doesn’t fold
Question: How much side to side swivel is there with the steering action?
Answer: I noticed, yesterday, that it can be steered slightly by shifting your balance, if that is what you mean. I think it can react a little like a skateboard, except it has 3 wheels for balance. Hope this helps. All the kids in the neighborhood have one, from my 2 yr. Old great granddaughter to the 10 yr. Old.
Question: Is this to young for a 10 year old boy?
Answer: I am able ride it at 150lbs and the handle bars extend far enough for 5′ 10″. However probably would damage it if I ride it longer than 10-15 mins
Question: where it made?China?
Question: My daughter is 9 years old, but is tall (4’9). Is this scooter too small for her? She weighs 62 lbs.
Answer: No, the handle bar raises. I think the weight limit is the biggest concern. We also have the monster scooter they make for us to ride with our kids. I would think your 9 yo would do great with this one if she is only 62lbs!
