Micro Mini Deluxe Kick Scooter
manufacturer warranty
Answer: This product includes a 2-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. While the warranty does not cover parts that wear down over time with normal operation, wear/tear parts (such as brakes and wheels) can be purchased from us directly and are very inexpensive and easy to replace

Question: Can a 115lb adult ride on this scooter?
Answer: I bought these for my granddaughters .there dad rides it to he is about 130lb but I would the next size up in scooter

Question: Can my 18 month old use this?
Answer: My daughter is 33 inches tall and is able to use it comfortably height wise. Her skills to properly use it, she is still learning at 24 months.

Question: What size are front and rear wheels?
Answer: The front wheels = 120mm
The rear wheels = 80mm

The wheels are comprised of an extremely smooth polyurethane– this allows riders to get the maximum rolling distance per kick. Also, all of the parts on our scooters are replaceable; this allows scooters to stay in families for years.

Question: How high do i need to set handle bar? Chest height? Or? Whats recommended?
Answer: Most kiddos prefer having the handlebar around ribcage-level.

Question: My 3.5 yr old is 39.25” tall and about 30 lbs. Would you recommend the mini or maxi for her? We’d like it to last, but Is she too small for the maxi?
Answer: We would wholeheartedly recommend the Micro Mini (ages 2-5); the Maxi (normally ages 5-12) is far too heavy for a child that only weighs 30 pounds. As your child uses his/her *body weight* to steer the scooter, it is very important that the rider is of an appropriate size for a given scooter.

Question: what age group is it for
Answer: I bought 2. One for my 2 year old and the other for my 4 year old (Both girls). The 4 year old got a hold to it fairy quick. The two year old is now (3) starting to enjoy it more.
I’d say 3 to 7 (seven depending on how tall and heavy the kid is)

Question: Does this model have front wheels that will light up?
Answer: We do not offer any type of light-up wheels for the scooters, apologies! Scooters that offer the light-up wheels are generally cheap and more “toy-ish”– this scooter, conversely, is very much a quality “mode of transport” for children. Many children commute to school using this scooter for several years– this means that the wheels and other components would surely outlast any type of battery found in light-up wheels. We prioritize function over flash here at Micro =)

Question: Is this the newest model scooter? also, i am debating b/w this scooter and the mini 2 go for my 2 year old. thoughts?
Answer: Yes, the Deluxe is the latest version of Mini! The Mini 2-Go is the same scooter as this model but with the extra seat attachment bundled in the box. If you believe your 2-year-old would benefit from sitting-down (on the scooter) at first, then we’d recommend the 2-Go. If your kiddo is already moving around on his/her feet pretty well, then you are probably safe going with just the standard Mini Deluxe (this product pictured here).

Question: Can handle be locked if adjusted to a different height?
Answer: Yes – make sure to tighten clamp using the included Allen Key. Open latch, raise to height, tighten clamp, and finish by closing latch– closing the latch should be somewhat difficult with adequate tension.

Question: If both micro mini original and deluxe can be used only for ages 2 to 5, what is the use of the adjustable handlebar??
Answer: The adjustable bar allows for optimal placement of the handle in relation to your child’s height. With a handlebar that does not adjust, your kiddo will be reaching lower/higher at times depending on his/her body height

Question: The one marked purple looks blue with purple wheels. Is it really purple all over?
Answer: The deck has a purplish hue– the rest of the scooter (ie handlebar) has a cool, “metallic blue” finish

Question: Do stickers come with all scooters? Missing in my scooters just ordered.
Answer: Sorry—I am unsure—-it was a gift —-I don’t remember stickers but they could have been somewhere around (or not).

Question: Hi ! I live abroad and need to know if its foldable or Small enough to br placed in a regular luggage
Answer: It does not fold but slides apart easily and could fit in a good sized suitcase

Question: My kid just turned 5 and only weighs 34lbs. Is this model too young for him, or is it better to just go for the maxi one?
Answer: At age 5, your kiddo is likely going to be too tall for this scooter within a year’s time; due to this, we would normally suggest the Micro Maxi (ages 5-12). Due to being on the lighter side, we’d strongly suggest having your kiddo test the Maxi out in a store to ensure the scooter doesn’t feel too heavy / cumbersome.

Question: Can I fold it for storage?
Answer: Sadly, no. Otherwise it’s terrific.
